What an amazing, exhausting, and beautiful experience building our first home has been! We had no idea how much work and brain power went into all the details of a home build. We are so grateful to Tony and the entire crew over at TS West for helping us along this journey. Trying to build a home on a tight budget is not something I would recommend to just anyone, but working with TS West we were able to make it happen and the house LOOKS GREAT!

Don’t just hire any contractor, HIRE THE BEST!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. We had a fire at our house in January 2023. We needed extensive repairs. Interview several contractors. The minute I met Tony, Scott, and Daniel I knew TS WEST was the company to hire. They started on February 21st, 2023 and by March 17th 2023 we walked back into our beautiful basically brand new home.

We feel like we met TS West Construction as strangers and finished as friends. They will definitely be doing our master bathroom make over, adding an ADA approved walkin shower.

While using TS West Construction to build my addition, I also decided to use their cabinet shop for all my cabinets. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction!

When it was time for the design phase, Moose came out and went over my requirements. He then came back with a preliminary drawings, we agreed on the final and he marked the floor for placement of the base structure. When the cabinets were completed, Moose directed the install and personally completed the trim and any touch-ups that was needed.

My wife and I were very pleased with the result. At a later date, I realized I should have added cabinets to my utility room and contacted Moose. He again designed what I needed to fit the space and completed the install. My wife and I continue to be happy with the cabinet design as we use them day to day.

Every stage of this job was completed in a timely and professional manner. TS West Project Manager, Scott, was exceptional! He stayed in close contact, letting us know what was going on and what to expect next. He was always responsive to text and email messages, that with your BuildBook program, really kept us up to date.

Demolition the first day was clean and much faster than I had imagined it would be and it all got carried away. The plumbing and electrical professionals were all top notch (the electrician solved a problem we had with a circuit that a previous electrician had just covered over, the plumbing involved some extensive piping relocation). The tile crew were truly amazing, and completed the entire job in 2 days. When a similar, though slightly smaller job took another contractor more than 2 weeks to complete, and TS West did a better job! The glass shower enclosure is beautiful, those guys are real pros.

Throughout the entire experience, TS West maintained a clean job site and there was no aftermath cleaning required. Thank you for a job well done!
